Once the order is placed, we take 1-2 working days to prepare and deliver the designs for approval. After that, it is sent to production and is shipped within 2-3 days. Overall, you can expect the product to reach you within 6-8 days of placing the order.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently, we ship only within India.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the product, each piece is unique crafted. Once the design is approved, it is sent to production and no cancellation or return is allowed beyond that point, unless the product is defective.
During the approval process, any minor changes are implemented without any additional charges. However, a complete redesign would attract additional charges.
